The database gives an identifier id which is incrementing. It is technically possible to display the products in alphabetical order. By clicking on the top of the column, you change the order. It is possible to configure the reverse order, the most recent at the top.
When exporting the database and re-importing it, the id products are reassigned in file order.
You will see in use that you will work a lot with searches, and that ultimately the initial display order does not matter.
The new line is created with the next number available.
If you want to change the products ID, you have to export the data, sort the excel file and re-import data.
